Nice bed

very nice black, not too shiny (so it doesn't look like plastic)
platform (so you do NOT need a box spring)
the only con is that being it is a platform and low to the ground the headboard is not very tall
so be sure your mattress is not too high otherwise there may not be much headboard you
can actually see (esp with your comforters, pillows, etc..)
but this is a nice bed, great price! must have if you're on a budget!

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I really liked the fact that I didn't need to purchase a box spring for this bed! Most of the others do require one but this one does not and it's black so that's another thing I really liked. The only thing is that the headboard is pretty short..other than that great bed!

I would recommend this item to a friend.

For me this was the perfect bed. It is still modern and an actual platform bed so I didnt have to go to the extra expense of getting the box spring. You can't beat this price either, i checked!
Pros:
lower to the ground
doesnt take up a ton of space
